The Grade 6 students worked very hard organizing a Terry Fox fundraiser to raise money for cancer research. On the day of the event, students brought in treats and refreshments to sell. The 6s had a raffle ticket station for students to purchase tickets for a chance to win a special Terry Fox t-shirt. Activities were set up for students to participate in, such as basketball, relay races, and the beanbag toss for the younger children. Based on the winner of these activities, students were awarded House League points.
