On January 14, Upper Two and Senior One dance classes put their strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, and fear of heights to the test as they took part in an Aerial Circus Arts Workshop at Zacada Circus school in Stoney Creek. This incredible workshop was taught by former Cirque du Soleil performers Kosta Zakharenko and Marat Khakimov. Highlights included: trampoline, acrobatics, aerial hoop, aerial silks, mini trampoline, and triple trapeze. Finally, the dancers were treated to a special showing of aerial hammock!
