As a culminating experience of the IB Primary Years Programme, the grade 6 students presented inquiries of their Exhibition projects on Thursday, April 30th.
The Primary Years Program Exhibition represents a significant event in the life of a International Baccalaureate PYP school and our grade 6 students demonstrated how they had synthesized the essential elements of the Primary Years Program as they shared their work with the whole MacLachlan community.
Students were required to ensure their inquiries were transdisciplinary in nature, crossing all subject areas. They were engaged in collaborative work environments that involved them in investigating and offering solutions to real-life issues such as littering, deforestation, radiation exposure, water pollution, and aquatic invasive species.
Congratulations to all of our students for making the Exhibition a great success
