On January 8 and 9, the Varsity Girls’ Volleyball team participated in a tournament at Regiopolis-Notre Dame Catholic High School in Kingston. The competition was strong, and the Blue Dogs fought for a second place spot in group play. Prior to the tournament, the girls had an opportunity to watch a Varsity Women’s Volleyball practice at Queen’s University, and learned what the lifestyle of a university student-athlete is like. The team was also given a tour of Queen’s by Appleby alumni James Hantho ’14 and Aidan Macdonald ’15. Great job girls!
