MacLachlan College would like to congratulate our Head Prefect, Ishan Aditya, for recently being the recipient of the offer of a Queen’s University Chancellor’s Scholarship. One eligible student per Canadian high school is nominated to apply for this prestigious scholarship. Queen’s then selects 50 students in Canada to receive the award.
The scholarship informs Ishan that Queen’s University recognizes, ” your superior academc achievement, your proven leadership skills, and your creative and original thinking.” The Chancellor’s Scholarship is valued at $36,000 to be awared in 4 equal instalments over 4 years of study. It also guarantees Ishan a sinlge room in residence for his freshman year.
