On Friday, February 22, the Middle One Science class presented projects related to their recently studied unit on form and function. Students designed structures and built models to demonstrate their learning of structural design factors. Guest judge Andrew Jackson, managing director of Laing O’Rourke, a global engineering and construction company (which built the London 2012 Olympic Park), visited the class and provided feedback on the designs.
