An Unforgettable Fundraising Event
Linbrook’s Night in Monte Carlo was an unforgettable fundraising event that took place on October 20, 2018. Special thanks goes to our Presenting Sponsor, Policaro Group, and the Paddock Club for welcoming us into their private venue for a night to be remembered.
Throughout the evening, guests socialized, danced, lounged, and enjoyed casino games. They also loved listening to the lively music of “The St. Royals,” practising their golf swings and racing in car simulators. The food connoisseurs were delighted with the fantastic menu selection and service as they visited the delectable food stations and oyster bar.
Fun and Philanthropy
By joining us at this event, parents and friends supported three great causes. Linbrook School received 75% of the profits, and 25% was proudly donated to SickKids Foundation and the Oakville & Milton Humane Society (as voted by our Linbrook boys).
The Night in Monte Carlo evening was the exciting kick-off of our BUILD IT FOR BOYS campaign to build a new addition that will elevate the education we bring to our boys in the areas of academics, the arts and athletics. The new addition will include a full-sized gym, a theatre, a science lab, a music classroom and private lesson rooms, a visual arts studio, a separate dining hall, space solely dedicated to our Parents’ Association, and an impressive theatre. Profits from this kick-off were directed to the first stage of the capital campaign – two interactive playgrounds that will be constructed for kids of all ages.
