This week saw our Grade 8 students organizing a variety of events to fundraise for their Legacy Project, Malaria No More. The funding will go towards helping drastically reduce deaths due to malaria in sub-Saharan Africa, where malaria takes the life of a child every 45 seconds.
The Rotherglen Community were very generous in their support of our Mother’s Day cards, popcorn sales and scavenger hunt. We would like to congratulate all of our Grade 8 students on all of their hard work and our community for their support of this very worthy cause.
