Our SS1 girls are enjoying a winter wonderland at YMCA Camp Wanakita through A.L.I.V.E. Outdoors. Last night they enjoyed skiing across the lake by lantern and reading The Cremation of Sam McGee by the fire. Today they built a fire, cooked bannock, played broomball, and participated in an Iron Chef cooking activity, learning about local food. Great learning outside the classroom!
