Our 6 junior astronauts have returned safely from Huntsville Alabama where they spent the week at the US Space and Rocket Centre. The MacLachlan Everest Centre program has been preparing our students for space travel for months and last week the program culminated in the big trip to Alabama. Included in the week’s experience were space simulator training, space shuttle missions, rocket building/launching, a variety of team building activities, and an opportunity to sample space food. It was a great week for all of our young astronauts.
