MacLachlan’s Number 1 Intermediate Chess Team claimed the gold medals at the annual Rotherglen Chess Tournament. A total of 35 teams representing 9 schools competed in the various divisions. Our winning team was comprised of Noah, Bora, Jack and Tristan. Eight other players formed our other 2 teams and gained valuable experience from the event. A big thank you goes to Mrs. Tomasik who has organized our chess club this school year!
