On January 29, students from Appleby’s Upper Two Media Arts class participated in a video shoot with PhotoSensitive to help promote the organization’s annual photo contest held for the Conference of Independent Schools. This year’s theme is “The Aging Population” and students have been challenged to think about the concept of aging in the 21st century and to take photos based on this theme. Contest winners will have their photographs displayed in a professional exhibition at Brookfield Place next fall. Last year, six Upper Two Appleby students had work displayed in the exhibition.
