On February 14 and 15, Rotherglen’s long awaited performances of The Lion King took place at the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts. We congratulate the entire cast and crew on all their hard work. The performances were simply incredible.
Their annual musical is an extraordinary production that brings their community together, in greater numbers than any other school event. It provides students with an opportunity to explore their creative talents, develop confidence on the stage, and forge new relationships spanning numerous grade levels. Participants gain an understanding of the great value in working together to achieve a common goal, all while creating memories that will last a lifetime. The annual musical has become a signature feature of the school community and a unique student experience at Rotherglen.
