From July 9 to August 2, Senior Two student Joshua Bang and faculty member Sheila Kuyper participated in a Round Square International Service project in Ladakh, India. The team continued work previously begun at the Lamdom Model School in Thiksey, near Leh and were successful in building six dormitory rooms and classrooms for the school. Mid-project, the team visited Pangong Lake, travelling through the third highest pass in the world (at 18,000 feet). Post-project, the team completed a tough five-day trek from Shang to Zinchen, at over 15,000 foot altitudes.
