On Wednesday, November 5th, students from our Grade 3 class visited the Trafalgar Lodge Senior’s Residence. Our students were inquiring into the concept of migration which they have been studying in class. With interview questions in hand, members of the class spoke to many seniors who were more than happy to share their stories and experiences over tea and apple juice. They also to listened intently as the students shared their own life experiences. The Grade 3 class gained valuable knowledge from the visit and conducted themselves in a stellar manner. Perhaps most significantly, our young inquirers made some residents feel important and left them with a smile.
