Thank you to the volunteers and supporters of the 2015 Walkathon! Congratulations to our top finishers in the student – overall male category: Matthew Daxner (U1) – 1:27:02, Will Jelinek (S1) – 1:34:19 and Trajan Mitchelson (S1) – 1:37:36. In the student – overall female category: Vanessa Guglietti (S2) – 1:46:13, Heather Wiley (S2) – 1:46:43 and Madeline Simmons (S2) – 1:46:44. Also, congratulations to the overall adult male finishers: Carlos Heleno – 1:33:08, Mike Moores – 1:52:28 and Bryce Peterson – 1:53:16 and the adult – overall female finishers: Andy Jelinek – 1:50:48, Brooke Millman – 1:52:28 and Diana Dodd – 1:53:16. Funds are still being counted, but so far the event has raised more than $74,000 for the United Way of Oakville, Kerr Street Ministries, Oakville Community Foundation and the Oakville Hospital Foundation.
